Hollywood mourns the death of Kim Porter.

The model and actress, who shares three children with Sean "Diddy" Combs, died Thursday. She was 47 years old.

"Unfortunately, I can confirm the death of Kim Porter," said his representative in a statement to ET early Thursday afternoon. "I ask that you give the families privacy right now."

The stars quickly turned to social media to pay tribute to Porter and convey their condolences to his family. "RIP Kim … You were a beautiful person inside and outside, my prayers go out to the whole family. @ Diddy, you and your family are loved by so many people Kevin Hart wrote on Instagram. "You are the child of God and he will see you with all your family … Remain strong, man … Nothing but love for you."

"R.I.P. to Kim Porter, send my condolences to her friends and family, she was loved and we will miss her tremendously," wrote 50 Cent on Twitter. "I know that Puff is touched right now, he loves her for real soul-type shit, Mouthy puff, positive waves only."

Gabrielle Union, Milly Elliot and other stars have also paid tribute to Porter on Twitter.

Porter and Diddy started dating in 1994 and spent 13 years together, before finally quitting smoking in 2007. The two children share the three children – twins Jessie James and 11-year-old Lila, and her son. Christian, 20 years old.
