Two years ago, a masseuse called Kevin Spacey's Malibu home and claimed he was sexually proposed by the naked actor and prevented from leaving, according to a lawsuit filed against the Oscar-winning actor.
The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday alleges that John Doe, a self-taught masseur, whose clients during his 35-year career included models and actors, fell victim to Spacey in October 2016.
Doe says that Spacey came in wearing a bathrobe and then "closed and locked the door" to the room of the guest house where he had installed his massage table, according to the 11-page complaint, reported for the first time by Deadline.com.
When Doe asked Spacey about the "problem areas" on which he had to focus for the massage, the actor replied "he suffered or felt discomfort in the groin area," says the trial.
Doe asked Spacey to lie face down, but Spacey would have been "lying on the massage table in front of him".
While the masseuse was trying to work on Spacey's leg, the actor grabbed his hand and pulled him into the groin area, according to the lawsuit.
Doe retreated out of Spacey's grip and "gave Spacey the benefit of the doubt" and returned to complete the massage.
But then, according to Doe's claims, Spacey grabbed her hand and brought her to the groin.
Doe protested.
"What are you doing," he remembered asking Spacey. "I am a professional. That's what I do in life. I have a son. "
Spacey reportedly fired Doe and complimented him in his eyes as he grabbed Doe and pulled his shoulders closer, in what he described as an attempt to fuck.
The masseuse says he got fed up and asked to leave saying to Spacey, "It's over – let me go," and broke the massage table and left behind "sheets and oil Suggests the trial.
But Doe argues that Spacey "blocked access to Spacey's massage table and the door with his naked body," according to the complaint.
Doe reportedly reported the alleged sexual battery incident at the Los Angeles Police Department, but the Los Angeles police did not answer the call. Deadline with an initial response to the potential criminality of the case.
The actor has already been questioned by Los Angeles prosecutors and by the British authorities for other charges of sexual assault.
He was charged by Star Trek Discovery actor Anthony Rapp molested him when he was a teenager. Rapp said that Spacey, who in 1986, rode on him on a bed for an evening and tried to "come with me sexually".
The actor stated publicly that he did not remember the incident and declared himself gay.
