Kim and Kourtney discuss the disappearance of the NBA star on Instagram and then consult their phones to see if he is still following their accounts.

Kim's tone then changes, however, when she sees that Tristan has actually blocked her profile.

As the girls laugh at Tristan's last gesture, Kim calls Khloe to tell him the news. "Wait, he stuck me on Instagram," Kim tells him. "How old are you?"

"He is 27. Only the 27-year-old even know how to block," Khloe said. "I do not even know how to block someone."

"Oh, it's gone," Kim adds. "It just means that when I see him, I'll spit on him, whatever, I'll keep him for him, I will not stress you, we can coexist, I'll be nice."

Since filming the episode, Kim and Tristan seem to have patched up their friendship. Kim managed to convince Tristan to unblock her at the extravagant Khloe party in June.

"Very good guys, so what do you think?" Kim asked fans via Instagram Stories at the time. "It's Khloe's birthday, you think I should ask this guy {Tristan]to unlock me? "

Tristan intervened saying, "For Khloe's birthday, I think it's just," before pressing the unlock button.

As for Tristan and Khloe, a source recently told ET that, although they had reconciled, the couple continued to understand their relationship.

"Khloe and Tristan are still working on some things, but know what they decide to do from the front, it will be best for their daughter, True," said the source. "Khloe is not sure how long she will stay in Cleveland … It all depends on how things go with her and Tristan."
