Pamela Anderson's costume from Kardashian is an almost exact replica of the old Baywatch the iconic set of the star in 1999, MTV Video Music Awards. In fact, according to Alejandro Costume Designer Alejandro, Kardashian wanted the look to be as accurate as possible and demanded that the fabrics and details be as close as possible to the original.
Making this piece was not easy either. The Halloween costume includes tailor-made feathers for the hat, handcrafted details on the corset and custom details for the pants. In total, Kardashian's look cost $ 4,500, but it was worth it, right?

According to Alejando, each piece had customizations. Glitter trousers were embellished by hand and cost $ 2,400. Meanwhile, the reconstruction of the corset was made to match Anderson's original up to $ 1,200, and with respect to the hat, these feathers did not dye. This massive piece of Kardashian costume would make $ 900 run for an average person. Obviously, Kardashian was a serious company with regards to his suit this year, and the result is rather impressive.
How many Kardashian fittings did it take to make this fit so perfect? It turns out that she only needed one of them. According to Alejandro, Kardashian sent him his perfect measurements and his clothes were made to match him specifically. Since Kardashian created her KKW body fragrance in a mold, it's no exaggeration to think that she and her team know her measurements to the millimeter.

As to why Kardashian chose Alejandro to take on the daunting task of creating an almost exact replica of Anderson's look, it seems like a matter of trust. The designer explains that he loves working with Kardashian and his team and that they have already ordered dresses. Everything is a matter of trust and Kardashian seems to trust his art.
