Kim Zolciak-Biermann accused of having photographed her four-year-old daughter's body

Earlier this week, the Do not be late star posted a photo of his twins Kaia Biermann and Kane Biermann.

"Have you ever seen a cute duo," she asked her Instagram followers. "# 29MinutesApart #KaiaWasBornFirst #TwinsRunOnMyMomsSide #MiniKimMiniKroy."

While the picture may look like two adorable siblings posing for the camera, some followers could not help but remember when Brielle Biermann published a similar picture earlier in the week.

And comparing the two clichés, some thought that Kim had adjusted the body of Kaia through Photoshop. In fact, an Instagram account called @TheGoodTheBadAndTheFake has created a split screen to see the possible difference. E! News has contacted Kim's team for comment.

While Kim remains discreet about this accusation, it is not the first time that Bravo star is under surveillance for his publications on social networks.

When Ariana Biermann wore an electric dog collar in the hope of going out with his friends, some fans worried. Kim replied later: "She will do anything to spend time with her friends.

On another occasion, she posted a video of her two young handcuffed sons on Snapchat.

And while some question some social media messages, it's undeniable that Kim absolutely loves his family.

A few weeks ago, the old Real Housewives of Atlanta Star documented the first day of her children's school, where she could not help expressing gratitude to the family that surrounds her.

"Dude like I'd like to be able to keep them home all day for the rest of my life! I miss them terribly!" she shared on Instagram. "The house is quiet, which is so strange, but I feel incredibly blessed to put them in an amazing school and even more to have 6 healthy kids."
