Kim Zolciak-Biermann says that her husband was not very happy after the surgery

Kim Zolciak-Biermann may be happy with her recent plastic surgery, but apparently her husband, Kroy Biermann, was not so thrilled.

One week after undergoing breast reduction, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star opened her weekly podcast – alongside her seven-year-old husband – about her choice to downsize.

"It's like, you know what? I am 40 years old, I am tired, "Zolciak-Biermann explained. Kim's house podcast Wednesday. "My back was hurting and it was not proportionate. I felt almost as if I bent my back a lot … not to really show them.

Although she may have trusted her reasons for going further, she said, "Kroy, all the time, was not so happy."

Zolciak-Biermann also invited his surgeon, Dr. Leonard Hochstein – who performed his previous surgeries – on the podcast to talk about the procedure and answer the listeners' questions. Hochstein is the husband of the old Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein.

The mother of six children first shared a picture of her after undergoing a breast reduction operation on her Instagram story.

"Member of the anti-deception committee," she wrote on September 19, next to a non-makeup photo and lying in bed wearing a post-surgical compression bra.

During the summer, the reality star revealed that she was considering getting smaller breast implants and asked the fans their opinion through a survey on the size of their Instagram. Which one wrote with two implant size options: "Full C [or] DD.

After the vote, she posted a picture on Instagram of herself in a strapless red bikini – but did not announce the size at which she would come back.
