Members of the Wauwatosa Fire Department will be fans in the bleachers this weekend.

Corey Knebel, the Milwaukee Brewers relief pitcher, donated NLCS tickets for Games 6 and 7 to the Wauwatosa Fire Department. The four tickets per game were shared with firefighters and support staff.

"Thank you for recognizing the hard work our people do every day – go Brewers!" The Wauwatosa fire department tweeted.

Members of the Waukesha Police Department were lucky recipients of the NLCS Brewer tickets from the relief caster earlier in the series.

"Thanks again to Corey Knebel for the opportunity to come and watch the #BrewersvsDodgers.Your donation of tickets to @WaukeshaPD was a memorable weekend for the officers who were lucky enough to receive them." @Brewers #NLCS #OurCrewOurOctober, "said Waukesha police.

Wauwatosa fire chief Jim Case said it was an honor to be chosen by Knebel and the Brewers to receive the tickets.

"The chosen staff will be pleased to represent our fire department and encourage our Milwaukee Brewers!" Case said.

In an interview earlier this season with the Milwaukee newspaper, Sentinel Brewers reporters beat journalist Todd Rosiak. Knebel, a Texan, spoke about his ties with the region.

"I like beer and cheese, and in Milwaukee, you have a lot," Knebel said. "And fans, not even fans, just walking around the city, around Brookfield, we're going to have dinner or have breakfast – whatever – wherever you go, people are respectable. Nice, like in Texas, it feels like home.

"In Milwaukee, everyone is nice – it's like southern hospitality in the North – it's a fantastic city." I love Milwaukee. "I love everything. I love Brookfield – it's where we live right now. "Downtown, Wauwatosa – all the places I've been to had its benefits – it's a great place."
