Krispy Kreme sells a dozen donuts for only one dollar this Friday.
On July 27, Krispy Kreme debuts in a case where customers who buy a dozen donuts can buy a dozen or so Original Frozen Donuts for only $ 1. The offer will only be in effect for one day, on the occasion of Krispy Kreme's 81st birthday.
In addition to dollar donuts, Krispy Kreme is also releasing a new limited-time flavor.
On Friday, the chain launches the donut Glazed Confetti. The treat features a vanilla and birthday cake donut, with classic Krispy Kreme frosting and garnished with glitter.
The frozen confit donut will only be available for one week – from Friday, July 27 to Thursday, August 2 – or while supplies last.

Last week, Krispy Kreme made the headlines with the announcement that he would acquire a controlling stake in the biscuit delivery brand Insomnia cookies. Insomnia Cookies was founded in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz, and became a chain with 135 US sites.
