Kristen Bell wants to empower her fans.
the Good place Star, 38, shared an inspiring and positive message for a woman who wrote on Bell's Instagram page that she would have liked to be as beautiful as the actress.
"So mom f – beautiful," the fan wrote on Bell 's picture of his look for the 2018 Emmy Awards. "You are amazing unlike me."
Bell, between Emmys appearances, noticed the woman's comment and responded with a message of encouragement, which was spotted by the popular Instagram account by Celebs.
"Gurl dares not," she wrote. "You have once on this planet – do not waste time being negative. You deserve all the love of the world. And I think your face is beautiful AF. Do not dare tell me that I am wrong.
Bell has also given the woman tasks to help her develop confidence in her body.
"Here are your homework," Bell told him. "Follow @glennondoyle and look at all his stories. Read his book, Love Warrior. Smile more, because you are alive and wonderful. And loved Xo.
Bell aims to encourage positive self-esteem. She works on the construction of her two daughters, Lincoln, age 5, and Delta, age 3.
