Kyler Murray is arguably one of the best multi-sport athletes we've seen in recent years, Oklahoma Sooner dominating both on the football field and on the baseball field.
Murray is the starting quarterback of the Sooners football team and was also selected in the first round of the MLB draft by Oakland Athletics. The dual sports star has revealed his intention to abandon football and pursue his dreams of MLB, despite the fact that he thinks he is talented enough to play football at the highest level.
Kyler Murray: I think I could play in the NFL, but when it comes to giving up football, that's the plan. #Sooners

Murray signed an agreement with the athletes with a signing bonus of about $ 5 million. The agreement included that Murray would be able to play football for Oklahoma this season. It was a risky move on the part of the athletes, but their flexibility in their overall ninth-place selection will likely result in a solid relationship in the future.
This season, Murray has made 37 touchdowns and seven interceptions while completing 70.6 percent of his passes. He also added 11 touchdowns, while accumulating 853 yards on a 7.5-yard run.

While Murray is a Heisman candidate, football does not seem to be part of his future because he will hang up the football fields and wear a glove for the Oakland A.
