"Late Show" has some blunt tips to give to US troops under trump: "Lie Your Ass Off"

Stephen Colbert's "Late Show" gave the famous opening scene of "Patton" a metamorphosis of the era of President Donald Trump.

Founded on a giant American flag, the version of a military leader's show gives some advice to US troops ordered at the US-Mexico border to block asylum seekers:

"In thirty years, when you sit by the fire with your grandson on your lap and he asks you," What did you do when Donald Trump was president? " "Take a deep breath, look into his eyes and lie your ass out."

Then he has some suggestions on what to say to this hypothetical future grandchild.
