The 2019 NFL project could have even more transactions than normal.
Most of the worst NFL teams have young quarterbacks, which means that other teams looking to trade for future passersby will have partners willing to listen to commercial offers.
Of course, this requires highly touted quarter quarters to be available. A year ago, there were four in the top 10 and five in the first round, all of whom have made at least one start up to now.
This is a good time to need defensive linemen, as the 2019 class project has many passers and passers in the first round.
32. Packers (of Saints): WR J.J. Arecega-Whiteside, Stanford
The Saints exchanged that choice to qualify against scorer Marcus Davenport in the NFL draft in 2018. The Saints went all-in in 2018, and that seems to work. The Packers went halfway through 2018 and are in a no man's land. Arcega-Whiteside will find holes, will install in and collect dimes from Aaron Rodgers.
31. Chiefs: CB Byron Murphy, Washington
30. Rams: DT Jerry Tillery, Notre Dame
It's a mistake to know how low this order is coming off. They all have different needs, however. Let's go Tillery for the Rams to replace Ndamukong Suh, who plays for a one year contract after playing too much with the Jets.
