The last parliamentary elections in Afghanistan, which were extended to the second day after technical problems caused delays in polling stations (local time):

Afghan officials said a roadside bomb killed at least 11 civilians in Nangarhar province in the east of the country.
Attahullah Khogyani, spokesman for the provincial governor, said the victims of Sunday's explosion included six children. The attack took place on the second day of the Afghan legislative elections, which were extended due to Saturday's attacks and technical problems that resulted in delays.
Nobody immediately claimed the attack. The Taliban and a member of the Islamic State are both active in Nangarhar. Afghan civilians are often killed by roadside bombs aimed at targeting security forces.

The parliamentary elections in Afghanistan entered a second day after the violence and chaos that resulted in delays and interruptions on the first day of the polls.
The chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission, Abdul Badi Sayat, said that more than 3 million people out of 8.8 million registered voters voted on Saturday. The highest turnout took place in Kabul and the lowest in the southern province of Uruzgan.
The poll continues Sunday in 401 polling centers, including 45 in Kabul. The polls close at 16h (11h30 GMT). The results will be announced next month.
Twenty-seven civilians and 11 members of the Afghan security forces were killed and more than 100 wounded in nearly 200 attacks on polling day across the country.
