AHHH, there's nothing better than an uncomfortable moment captured on live TV to make your weekend.
A short clip featuring two TV presenters went viral. The co-host fell off his chair while he was trying to take a selfie.
Fox News employee Raymond Arroyo was taking a photo with host Laura Ingraham while the two men were holding beers in a now viral segment that aired earlier today.
In the clip, Arroyo asks Ingraham to take a beer and hold it while he "takes a quick selfie" of both.
"Smile!" She said.
While he repositioned his arm to get a better picture, Arroyo flips over, falling from his chair to the floor, off camera.
Ingraham goes awkwardly to the next subject.
"Oh, the ACLU cared about the rights of the accused …" she began before adding: "Check it please, doctor!"
The clip immediately went viral on Twitter, with celebrities such as James Corden, Seth Rogen and Jon Favreau sharing it:
I can not stop watching this. pic.twitter.com/7GVvCLKR6M

It is important. https://t.co/UlgbOqVGpM

I'm going to look at this an absurd number of times

But after the incident, Ingraham explained that the scenario had been written.
Sending to Twitter, she said it was a joke based on a previous story that people were dying while trying to take selfies in risky situations.
For all viewers concerned, @RaymondArroyoThe fall of our selfie Kavanaugh-Toast was a joke … a fall after a long week. #To laugh # autoiecide

The context was not included in the viral clip, which gave the impression that the incident was organic and scriptless.
Always a little funny.
