At the time, many wondered if the two men were discussing James' potential for joining the Lakers during the off season, which he finally did, or if the conversation revolved around Ball's father, LaVar Ball, and things he had to say about James.
The 33-year-old has finally disclosed what he said to the young playmaker on Monday, and that's the kind of advice you expect from King James.

James, Ball and the rest of the Lakers will look to end the five-year drought of the playoffs this season. That being said, LA seems to lack firepower to face the Golden State Warriors in a seven-game series, but if Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma and Ball can make big strides in front of the best player on the planet. The four reigning champions of the conference have transpired a bit.
