Lee Child says Tom Cruise is too small to continue playing Jack Reacher

According to the Google consensus, Tom Cruise is five feet seven inches. A perfectly fine size – although it has long fueled the story that Cruise is one of Hollywood's shortest superstars, a notion exacerbated by her desire to marry Known Tall Women. "Cruise, despite his talent, did not have this physiognomy," Reacher author Lee Child told the BBC. "I really liked working with Cruise. It's a really very nice guy. We had a lot of fun. But in the end, readers are right. The size of Reacher is really very important and it's an important part of his personality. . . As some Twitter users Reacher has the stature of Bigfoot and is almost comical in the series of books. In describing the size of Reacher's hands alone, Child compares them to Thanksgiving turkeys, dinner plates and "supermarket chicken". Imagine how cumbersome they are at a party dinner.

By child, the series will ideally go to a streamer like Netflix. He also extended his hand (normal size?) To the fans, asking them to "participate in the choice of the good actor for the television series". It should be noted that regardless of the stature of Reacher, Cruise was probably never going to register for a reboot of the television. The actor is a movie star from one side to the other, so out of the ball that there is no reason to change medium. Well, unless he decides to take seriously building this EGOT someday.
