On-react to Andrew Luck was one thing in 2017, remember? He was going to be healthy for the training camp. He was going to be back for the start of the season, for the second week, for the second half … there was too much of himself-gonnas to be able to count. Luck did not play in 2017, and excessive reactions, as they do, have increased. He is done He will never be the same again. Colts have wasted time.
Ah, we were all so young and naive.
We are in 2018, about 11 weeks, and it is time to overreact to luck in the other way. Andrew, congratulations. You are the main element in this week's OVERREACTION MONDAY column.

The playoff photo is a little clearer at the top, while the wildcard races now seem pretty confusing. NFL Nation is diving into the 11th week.

Ten games in the 2018 season are on the program, but we still do not know how NFC East will emerge.

Andrew Luck is a legitimate MVP candidate
Luck gave three touchdown passes in Sunday's win over a Tennessee Titan team that had stifled Tom Brady a week earlier. This is the seventh straight game in which he has made at least three touchdown passes. The last time he had a QBR in single play under 92 (on a scale of 0 to 100, remember) was on October 14th. The last time he took a bag was on October 4th. The Colts, who were supposed to be one of the worst teams in the league, are 5-5 and in the AFC generic card picture.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. I'm not saying that he's a prominent candidate, notice. There are many, from Patrick Mahomes to Drew Brees, Todd Gurley to Ben Roethlisberger. If the season ended today, I could not defend Luck as the MVP prize winner. But how can he not be in the discussion at this point? Only Mahomes has thrown more touchdowns. Only Brees, Mahomes, Jared Goff and Mitchell Trubisky were ahead of Luck in Total QBR as of Sunday morning, and his score increased. The Colts only won four games last year without him and have already won five victories this year. Of course, there are other factors (the least of which is not the protection of one's best career pass), but it's hard to say that Luck's return has not been valuable to his team. If nothing else, it looks like a leader for Comeback Player of the year.
Mike Clay explains why Lamar Jackson and Gus Edwards are looking for fantasy managers and why Deshaun Watson is losing value after the 11th week.
Joe Flacco played his last shot for the Ravens
Rookie Lamar Jackson got his first start in the quarter and the Ravens broke a three-game losing streak. Coincidence? This is the key question when one wonders what to do about Flacco when / if he returns from his hip injury. The offensive obviously seems very different between Jackson and Flacco, but it's not as if Baltimore illuminated the world with Flacco behind the center. They are still in the playoff race, with jobs other than Flacco's, and will have to decide which guy will give them the best chance of winning their last six games.
The verdict of Graziano: OVERREACTION. I am a big fan of Jackson and I think he will be leaving Baltimore next year. From what I know, they are working on a new offense, focused more on Jackson's skills, which will debut with Jackson as a starter. But it's clear that it's not ready yet, and Sunday's game plan was designed for a guy who continues to make his way, especially as a smuggler. It's hard to imagine Baltimore sneaking into the playoffs this year by throwing the ball 54 times and throwing the ball. 19. If Flacco's hip allows him to come back, I say that he's starting again this year before the team goes to the off season.
The Saints will not lose until next September
I want to thank you for Monday night's brilliant Monday night game in football, but what's happening in New Orleans has to make the rest of the league wonder why we're even trying. The Saints eliminated the Super Bowl Eagles 48-7 on Sunday, a week after losing 51 points to the Bengals and two weeks after losing 45 points to the previously undefeated Rams. New Orleans has won nine straight games since losing to Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Bucs, and the Saints are playing as if the game has driven them crazy against the world.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. Again, the Saints have been my pre-season pick to win everything, and I see no reason to leave that choice for now. The only reason to think that the Saints will not lead the table is that their schedule is quite difficult. They must still face the Steelers almost as hot, plus the Panthers, who occupy the second place, twice in their last three games. Plus, they have a trip to Dallas, where the Cowboys are 3-1 this year. The rules of probability dictate that they are unlikely to win all these difficult games, not to mention a few playoff games and the Super Bowl. But five weeks ago, I do not think that the rules of probability stipulate that they would accumulate an average of 39.6 points per game while sweeping the sequence of Ravens / Vikings / Rams / Bengals / Eagles. The saints do not seem to care too much about the probability … or anything else for the moment.
Houston Texans to get first-round pass
The only team with a longer winning streak than the current seven Texans is … yeah, Saints. With whom we have just treated. Houston's last win was won Sunday on the road in Washington, after Alex Smith broke his leg, Colt McCoy brought Washington to the front of the group, Ka'imi Fairbairn scored a goal of 54 yards in the middle of the fourth quarter and Dustin Hopkins A 62-yard save attempt was a failure. The Texans are 7-3 and two games ahead of the rest of South AFC. Four of their remaining six games – including the next three – are at home and they are not playing against another team all year long which currently has a winning record.

The verdict of Graziano: OVERREACTION. Full of the hat to a series of seven consecutive victories. It deserves respect. It's hard to win in the NFL, and it's extremely hard to win literally every week. But the series of Texans is not that of the Saints. This includes two overtime victories – one in which the Colts went for the fourth run on their own territory in overtime – and a lack of placement for Broncos. The differential of over 34 points in Houston is worse than any other NFL division chief, with the exception of Washington, so it's not as if they dominate. In addition, the Chiefs and Steelers currently have better records and the Patriots have the same record as the Texans. Which of these teams do you think will end up behind Houston when all is over?
Aaron Rodgers will play for a new coach in 2019
The 11th week started with a thriller in Seattle, but the game's ultimate goal went to Green Bay, who lost 4-1 to 2.5-2.5 of first place. Rodgers has already created miracles before, so that can not be ruled out. But with a 1-1-1 record, Chicago and Minnesota in front of them and their last games against both teams on the road, the Packers are likely to miss the playoffs for a second year in a row.
The verdict of Graziano: Not an overreaction. Unfortunately, this is the time of year when we have to start asking ourselves where the six to eight annual openings of head coaches will open. And unless the Packers get into the playoffs, the speculators who follow these events claim that Green Bay will leave Mike McCarthy after 13 years, six division titles and a Super Bowl victory. If that happens, it's not crazy to imagine McCarthy taking up another job as head coach at the Andy Reid in 2013. The Browns office is filled with old guys from Green Bay – saying – and this post is already open.
