Baroness Tonge was accused of anti-Semitism for a social media article in which she blamed the Israeli government for the hate of mass shooting in Pittsburgh that claimed the lives of 11 people.
The independent peer – who resigned Liberal Democrats in 2016 – criticized the country on Facebook immediately after the attack on the Tree of Life synagogue.
She wrote: "Absolutely appalling and a criminal act, but has it ever happened to Bibi and the current Israeli government that its actions against the Palestinians may elicit anti-Semitism?"
"I guess someone will say that it's anti-Semitic to say it?"
Many people on social media have said so, condemning his remarks and urging his comrades to remove her from the House of Lords.
More than 3,000 people signed a change.org petition demanding his deportation from the room.
The politicians were a Liberal Democrat MP between 1997 and 2005. After losing their seat in Richmond Park, the party conferred on him a peer status for life.
But in 2016, she was suspended due to allegations of anti-Semitism, which led her to leave the party.

The Campaign Against Anti-Semitism campaign said that Liberal Democrats, after securing a seat in the Lords, should now "actively campaign for his removal".
James Cox, parliamentary candidate for Liberal Dems at Bristol West, also tweeted: "If there is a way to get it away from the Lords, you have to look for it immediately."
Historian and screenwriter Alex von Tunzelmann said that his remarks following the Pittsburgh tragedy were "scandalous, anti-Semitic and deeply stupid".
Michael Dickson, executive director of the educational organization Stand With Us, said The Jewish chronicle "The cold heart of Baroness Jenny Tonge was in plain sight. Following the murder of Jews in the synagogue during prayer, she excuses the motivation for the murder, never missing an opportunity to defame the only Jewish country in the world. "
Labor MP Jess Phillips said she was "appalled by blatant propaganda and anti-Semitism."
