Lindsay Lohan shocked the fans after posting a disturbing video on Instagram that showed her accusing a homeless family of "child trafficking" while they were not letting her help her.

Although the 32-year-old actress has since deleted the Instagram Live video, PEOPLE was able to watch it before.

In the video preceding the weird clip, Lohan can be seen partying in a dark, noisy club. TMZ said that she was in Russia, although the location of the incident is not yet clear, but her latest Instagram site tags indicate that she was recently in Paris.

In the following video, Lohan, in a car, spots a homeless family sleeping outside and identifies him as a Syrian refugee.

Apparently, Lohan is approaching the family and says that children can accompany him to watch movies "on television or on a computer." However, when they do not want to leave with her, she begins to become belligerent. We do not know right away if the family can understand what she was telling them.

Finally, the family gathers her belongings to leave, which Lohan seems to take as a sign that they agree to follow her, urging her to ask the children, "Are you excited?" The children do not respond.

As the family walks past Lohan's car, we can hear the actress say, "This is my car here." After she continued walking, Lohan said, "They are trafficking kids."

At certain moments of the video, one can hear the native of New York speaking to the family with a foreign accent.

As Lohan continues to follow the family, a female voice is heard, then Lohan lets out an audible breath and his camera shakes.

Lohan then turns the camera on herself and says that she was slapped by the woman. "You're so scared," she says, crying and grabbing the side of her face. Shortly after, the video ends.

The Lohan representative did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

While some fans could be seen commenting on the video with heart-pounding emojis and messages about how Lohan made the right choice, many people then shared their outrage for his behavior on Twitter.

"Everybody tells jokes about Lindsay Lohan trying to steal two Syrian refugee children from their parents and is being retaliated live on Instagram – but I'm actually outraged by her blatant saviorism," wrote a social media user, although the video does not explicitly show that Lohan is affected.

A few days earlier, Lohan had been seen in Paris, where she had attended the Saint Laurent parade alongside her little brother, the model Dakota Lohan, 22 years old.

The actress recently spent a lot of time in Mykonos, Greece, to shoot her new reality TV series, Lohan Beach Club, scheduled for the premiere on MTV in 2019.
