According to a statement to PeopleThe Little Caesars was just storing the pizza, not selling it. The person in the video "was identified as a K-Mart employee." Here's the statement:
"No DiGiorno pizzas were baked or served on this occasion." Mart manager directed his employee to a new store in the morning.
