While acknowledging that she had initiated discussions with Plantronics for a potential transaction, the Swiss-based company said in a statement that the discussions were over and that she would make no comment. Reuters announced Friday that the computer accessories maker has donated more than $ 2.2 billion to Plantronics, which manufactures headphones and other computer accessories. Logitech's shares are down 3.6% since the beginning of the year.
