Mac Miller's mother has posted a moving tribute to her son on Instagram

Many people pay tribute to rapper Mac Miller since the death of this 26-year-old Friday.

And now, Mac Miller's mother Karen Meyers paid tribute to her son with a touching posting on Instagram.

Meyers posted a picture of her and her son at a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game. The caption of the photo is a single broken heart emoji.

Judging by his Instagram, Meyers was the biggest fan of his son throughout his career.

"I could not be more proud of this young man," she wrote next to a picture of a billboard announcing Miller's next tour last month.

Miller died Friday afternoon from an alleged drug overdose. An official cause of death has not been announced.
