Amanda "Mandy" Blank, a fitness coach, was found dead in the bathtub at her home in Los Angeles this week, officials said. She was 42 years old.

Blank was discovered Monday by a cleaning lady and was declared dead on the spot after paramedics arrived, TMZ said.

No drugs or alcohol were found at the scene, the report quoted sources as saying.

An autopsy and a toxicology test will determine the exact cause of death, according to the report.

A source told the New York Daily News that no criminal act was suspected "at the moment".

No other details were immediately available.

"I'm absolutely shocked, of course," Annette Milbers, a fitness personality, told the Daily News. "We sent a message last week. She always made others feel good and she made contact with me because I participated. She said how proud she was.

Blank was also a bodybuilder, becoming the youngest competitor to win the World Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness World Championships in 1999, reported People.

She has worked with such celebrities as Alex Rodriguez, Mickey Rourke and Jordana Brewster, according to her website.

The fitness guru has also appeared in the Oxygen and MuscleMag covers.
