Officers responded to a collision in Burbank, California, around 7:30 am Wednesday, following a driver – identified as Hall, who plays Daryll Donovan in the showtime series – who drove his vehicle in a parked car. Nobody was injured in the accident.
Witnesses told the officers that Hall was "sneaking into the traffic with a small child sitting on his lap". Another witness "reported seeing the child's hands on the steering wheel," according to the police release.
Authorities said Hall had failed all sobriety tests and that agents had finally determined that the actor's toddler was riding in his Chrysler 300 sedan "without restraint, as provided by law ".
Hall, who plays the younger half-brother of Liev Schreiber's character in the crime drama series, was arrested and released on bail of $ 100,000. His son was entrusted to his wife at the scene of the accident.
