Mark Wahlberg puts the hours!
Tuesday, the Thousand 22 star asked a few questions from fans on social networks regarding his rigorous workout routine. Then, he surprised his legion of supporters by sharing a breakdown of his daily schedule.
First of all, he gives an absurd kick early in the morning – at 2:30 in the morning! In addition, he claims to hit the gym not once but twice a day! Oh, and he's also working in a round of golf, which we guess is his own hyper-athletic brand of the game involving sprinting between hits.
In the middle of the morning, the 47-year-old leader pauses to jump into a cryo room to give his muscles a chance to recover from this demanding program. Be careful, this room is capable of going down to 150 degrees below zero.
"I'm telling you, it's great for recovery, and it just takes all the inflammation in your body, it helps you sleep well," Wahlberg told Ellen DeGeneres. adding that he only spends three minutes at a time.
The afternoon at Wahlberg is largely devoted to meetings, phone calls and family time. Then at 5.30 pm he dines and in bed about two hours later.
"All we have gained in this life, we have worked for," Wahlberg told ET recently of his diet. "That's the thing! Get up early, get in, work hard and you have the rest of your day."
Needless to say, this guy definitely wins his A-list status!
