MWeddings with Victoria Beckham can be "complicated," said her husband, David, in an interview about their enduring relationship.
The former England captain also acknowledged how their 19-year-old union can be a "hard job".
While they must constantly fight rumors that their marriage is going badly, calling the latest rumor "laughable", the couple spoke of the difficulties of a long partnership.
Mr. Beckham was frank about his wedding and told The Sunday Project, an Australian TV show, "Being married for the time we have is always hard work.
"It gets a little more complicated."
He also talked about fatherhood, adding, "Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.
"I noticed it with my kids."
The classified couple has four children together – the Brooklyn sons, 19; Romeo, 15 years old; Cruz, 13 years old; and his six-year-old daughter Harper.
