Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio adapt Killers of the Flower Moon.

Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio make their sixth film together, this time performing an astonishing non-fiction narrative in Oklahoma in the 1920s. After the discovery of oil under their lands, the Osage nation became the richest people by living in the world until their assassination one by one. A subsequent investigation by the FBI revealed the insidious plot that led to their deaths. The film, written by Eric Roth and produced by Scorsese with Imperative Entertainment, will be inspired by the New York Times bestseller Killers of the moon flower by David Grann.

Grann's book was praised for the way it illuminates the cruel, dishonest and violent disarmament of Native Americans by detailing this demonstrative event so as to make these figures perfectly clear. So, let's hope that DiCaprio's centering in this context does not mean that this production, like his last collaboration with the director, will be told from the point of view of the greedy white antiheroes.
