The first Disney trailer The Lion King caused a frenzy among fans, but it also inspired some comparisons with other popular movies; comprising Avengers: Infinity War.
The fan artist Boss Logic used his talents to associate one of the most iconic moments of the trailer with one of the most depressing scenes in the film. War of Infinity, showing what would happen if Thanos had the means to sacrifice Simba to the top of Pride Rock.

While this image may strike a sore spot for some, it also represents a hilarious reinvention of two key film events.
Fans are probably eager to know what will happen next in the saga of the Marvel Studios, especially after the tragic death of Gamora at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. And although we know that Gamora actress Zoe Saldana is back for the next franchise film, she has been timid for the potential death of her character.
"I do not know," Saldana told The Times. "For the pleasure of dedicated fans – we do not want to steal an incredible experience from them – it's all for them that we do what we do and that we also protect what we do."
Saldana spoke as if her time with Marvel Studios had come to an end and discussed Gamora's release from the MCU with a positive memory.
"It was sad, of course, because I think we all suffer from FOMO," Saldana said. "We are still afraid of missing an opportunity, but I am so happy to have been able to play a role in the Marvel Universe, as well as to play a character who – it has been brought to my attention – is considered as an excellent model for young women, and also for young boys, I live for that, that's why I do what I do, so I guess I'm going to cry Avatar, you know?"
On the other side of the aisle, The Lion King Actor Donald Glover praised the direction given by Jon Favreau and declared his pride of being able to participate in the film.
"It was really fun and Jon Favreau is like the most fun director to work with," Glover said. Speak with Chris Hardwick. "He is sure Lion King. It was just so much fun. I have more and more the impression that my son really loves this movie. For him, it's like a gift for him. "
We'll see how that happens when Avengers 4 his film premiere on May 3, 2019, while The Lion King will debut on July 19, 2019.
