Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Jimmy Kimmel attend the fifth game of the World Championship together. They continue their counterfeit

Dodgers fan Jimmy Kimmel and Red Sox fan Matt Damon continued their comical enmity in Game 5 on Sunday night. The "enemies" sat next to each other and wore t-shirts "I am stupid" with the colors of their team. Of course, Kimmel's T-shirt was pointing at his rival Damon and he was pointing at Kimmel.

The late-night animator and actor has been involved in the quarrel for years. It started when "Jimmy Kimmel Live" ran out and the host had to part with his last guest, Damon. That's what happened for the first time 12 years ago, tells Time, and since then, Kimmel has always joked that Damon was supposed to appear, but they have used up their time and had to replace the actor of the series.

The joke continued to evolve and in 2008, Damon appeared in a sketch with Sarah Silverman, Kimmel's girlfriend, insulting Kimmel that they were secretly involved behind his back. Kimmel responded by filming a skit with Damon's best friend, Ben Affleck, claiming to have a relationship with him.

Affleck was also in the last World Series game on Sunday and was sitting next to the "stupid" friends. Affleck and Damon both grew up in the Boston area and are huge fans of the Red Sox.

The acting buddies had their respite in "Good Will Hunting"." which was put in Boston. The Boston boys were excited about their team's championship win.

Kimmel is from New York but now lives in California and wore blue to represent the Dodgers in Game 5. The host let his two mates marvel at the victory in their team's championship while he was nearby, less enthusiastic.
