Matt Patricia's debut as the Detroit Lions head coach was a disaster.
His Lions were 7-point favorites at home on Monday Night Football against the New York Jets and starting quarterback Sam Darnold.
The Jets destroyed the Lions in every facet of the game and left Ford Field with a 48-17 win in Week 1.
Skip Bayless was not impressed by Patricia's first game as head coach, and he had passionate thoughts on the subject during Wednesday's episode of "Undisputed" on FOX Sports 1.
The success rate of Bill Belichick's assistants as head coaches outside the New England Patriots is not very good, and although it is still early for Patricia, it does not appear that it ends up becoming an aberration.
