Nothing like a weekend with friends – just ask Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!
While Prince William's family (minus the 5-month-old Prince Louis) was spending Saturday at the wedding of one of Kate Middleton's closest friends, Sophie Carter, Meghan and Harry (who is also a longtime friend of Carter) to celebrate the launch of the new Soho House celebrity rendezvous, according to the Standard of the evening. The weekend escape invitation list, which included spa treatments and a lobster spaghetti dinner, was filled with other celebrity guests like Eddie Redmayne, Stanley Tucci and Jenna Coleman.
In addition to the 55th anniversary of Soho House founder Nick Jones, the launch party included a tour of Amsterdam's Red Light District. Standard evening Meghan and Harry did not attend notes, as well as a boat ride through the famous canals of the Dutch city.
Kensington Palace declined to comment when reached by PEOPLE.

English TV and radio presenter Richard Bacon shared a number of videos of the event, including a photo of the club's rooftop pool and videos of a canal and restaurant cruise Italian Cecconi.

Harry made an official visit to the Netherlands for the last time in July, starting a two-day visit to Amsterdam to attend the International AIDS Conference. The Royal met with young advocates to discuss the issues faced by teens with the disease, where he spoke of the benefits of engaging youth in policy changes and information dissemination.
After the weekend of fun, it was back Monday for Meghan and Harry, who visited Loughborough University to meet the winners of Coach Core, a program that trains youth to become coaches and encourages the next generation of athletes.

Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, watched British marathon runner Paula Radcliffe, tennis star Laura Robson and netball player Eboni Beckford-Chambers lead 200 apprentices through a series of exercises and mentoring. Meghan even took part in a heel pass exercise! – which ended with a hug from Harry.
