The provocative claims, which include tensions developing between Meghan and the queen about her dress code, were made by the Mail on Sunday. A Palace source told The Mail on Sunday: "Meghan is told that she has to start dressing less like a Hollywood star than a royal one."
During a royal visit to Runcorn, in Cheshire, Meghan would have angered the queen by refusing to follow his example and wear a hat.
The concern was also raised in August when she wore a dress for the hit musical Hamilton, which ended several inches above the knee, which is a violation of the royal protocol.
