Friday morning, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan took the sand the royal visit, hit the beach Bondi barefoot.

It's the fourth day of the Royal Couple Down Under's tour, and while they were at the beach, Meghan and Harry met a local group of surfers at Bondi Beach, known as OneWave. . One of the women gathered told Rebecca English of the Daily Mail that Meghan had talked about her pregnancy while chatting with the locals.

"Meghan told me that my pregnancy was like jet lag," said a woman, Charlotte, who was waiting with her and had her two-year-old son, Finn, with her, says the Daily Mail. "She said that she was getting up at 4:30 this morning to do yoga in her room because she could not sleep."

Later on Friday, the Duke and Duchess will participate in a youth advocacy program that aims to federate and inspire youth to advocate for cohesion and inclusion in their communities.

Prince Harry will then climb the Sydney Harbor Bridge to officially raise the Invictus flag, marking the arrival of the Invictus Games in Sydney.

The pregnant duchess will have a break as she ascends, before the end of the day with a cocktail.
