Meghan Markle paid tribute to Princess Diana during her first public appearance with Prince Harry since her pregnancy announcement on Monday.
After learning that they are expecting their first child this spring, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, were photographed in Sydney, Australia, after arriving Sunday as part of their first royal tour.
For the exit, Meghan opted for a sleeveless white fitted dress from Australian designer Karen Gee. She combined her timeless look with a pair of butterfly earrings previously worn by Princess Diana, according to the Meghan's Mirror Fan Account, during a trip to Canada on May 3, 1986 – a year after she gave birth to Harry.
Fans' reports also indicated that Meghan was spotted in Diana's gold bracelet, which Diana wore during her visit to the Lord Gage Center for Seniors, a Guinness Trust Home, in Newham, in the east of London, in 1990.

It would not be the first time that the old Suit the actress honored the late princess.
For the wedding reception of Meghan and Prince Harry on May 19th, Meghan wore Princess Diana's aquamarine ring on her right hand as she stepped out in a personalized Stella McCartney silk evening dress.
In 1997, Diana used the stunning Aquamarine, emerald cut, at a personal clothing auction at Christie's. The jewel is part of a set. The other piece is an aquamarine bracelet, connected by five rows of pearls. She took both to a gala dinner in Australia in 1996.

After landing in Sydney, Meghan and Harry attended a welcome reception at Admiralty House, where Governor General Peter Cosgrove and his wife, Lady Lynne Cosgrove, offered them their first official gifts.
"It's so cute, it's our first baby present!" Said Meghan, 37, in PEOPLE's Facebook live video.
