Has one of Meghan Markle's closest aides decided to stop?
A personal assistant to the 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex resigned nearly six months after Meghan's wedding to the royal family, according to a report by Daily mail.

A palace source, who would have been allowed to comment on the case, told the Daily mail that the staff member, identified only as Melissa, "is an extremely talented person" who "played a vital role in the success of the royal wedding" on May 19th.
When contacted by PEOPLE, Kensington Palace declined to comment on the report.

In February, Amy Pickerill, her first dedicated employee, was assigned to Meghan. She went from the Kensington Palace press operation to Prince Harry's 34-year-old personal office.
With the new title of private secretary of Prince Harry, she supports Meghan during his public outings and his official work.

The new report comes about a month after Meghan and Harry announced that they were expecting their first child.

Earlier this month, the British newspaper The sun also reported that the tiara that Meghan ended up wearing at her wedding was not her first choice.
"Meghan had her heart turned in that tiara with emeralds, and Prince Harry hit the roof when they were told it was impossible for her to wear it," a newspaper source said.
