Michael Beasley's signature with the Lakers was officially announced Monday and he is happy to be in Los Angeles. With Beasley an interesting pair of personalities in LeBron James, Rajon Rondo, JaVale McGee, and Lance Stephenson. With such a wide range of characters, the Lakers locker room could become a little strange during the season.

When Beasley was questioned about this potential Tania Ganguli drama of Los Angeles Times he responded in a manner that could be perceived as somewhat defensive. He does not want him, or his new teammates, to be judged so much before even having the opportunity to play together.

"If everyone does their job properly and stops judging some players, me mainly, you" I realize that guys like me and Nick Young and JR Smith and Lance Stephenson and guys like that, know how play basketball, know how to win basketball games and know how to get along with others.

Beasley player category gets in is a full of goofballs and gunners. J.R. Smith and Nick Young are notorious shooters who are not aware. They have also been known to be a little excited in some of their celebrations when they make baskets. Stephenson, of course, is known as one of the biggest agitators in the NBA. For Beasley, these are guys who are judged more for times that have nothing to do with basketball and he wants it to stop.

In a sense, Beasley is right. It does not matter that he is not known to be an intense player, like his new teammate, James, or some NBA stars around. As long as his production on the field is good, this should lead to success in the locker room. Winning solves all problems as long as the Lakers win games so they should never have to worry about personality conflicts.
