MICHAEL Buble hinted that he could withdraw from the music after his son's cancer diagnosis.
The sun reports that the 43-year-old crooner, relieved of all his professional obligations after receiving the bad news from Noah, says he no longer has "the courage" for the industry.
He told the Daily Mail Weekend: "I do not have the courage to stand it anymore. The narcissism of celebrities. This is my last interview. I'm retiring.
"I decided that I would never read my name again on paper, that I would never read a review and that I would never have read it. I decided to never use social media again and I never did it. "
He added, "You just want to die. I do not even know how I breathed. "
The singer Michael was devastated when his son was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma (liver cancer) in October 2016.
He gave up everything to support his wife Luisana Lopilato and their boy, who was only three years old at the time.
After two years of fighting cancer, Noah finally improves – and Michael is back to music.
In an interview with the Australian show The Today, Michael has already talked about Noah's fight against cancer.
He said, "It's sucked and it always sucks, because what we've been through is the worst thing we can hear as a parent and maybe as a being human.
"I would prefer it was me.
"I wanted this a few times, I wished it would happen to me."
Michael suppressed his tears by saying that he and his wife were struggling to "survive and breathe," adding, "More times people could not understand, some days we did not want to wake up.
"When we did, we felt the love of these people, we knew that they were praying for us.
"We knew that there was kindness there – it gave us confidence in humanity, to be really direct.
"It was just huge."
In February, Michael released a statement confirming that Noah had made good progress after the treatment.
He said that he and Luisana, who had two younger children – two-year-old Elias and 11-week-old Vida – were "very optimistic" about his future.
He shared at that time: "He has always been brave and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength He has given us all. "
