Michael Ketterer, who has been ranked in the Top 5 in the last season of the series "America's Got Talent", was arrested on a crime charge on Thursday, a spokesman for TheWrap told TheWrap on Friday. Los Angeles police.
According to the police, Ketterer, 41, was arrested on Thursday at 15:45. in the 1700 block of North Highland Ave., near Hollywood Blvd. The LAPD spokesman cited section 273.5 (a) of the California Penal Code, which deals with bodily injury to a spouse.
TheWrap asked Ketterer's label to comment on the arrest.

Citing "law enforcement sources," TMZ said Ketterer was fighting with his wife and that when the police arrived they noticed a visible red mark on her.
However, the singer told TMZ that the arrest was a "misunderstanding". Acknowledging that he had been chatting with his wife in their hotel room, Ketterer said at the point of sale that his wife had told the police that she did not want to file a complaint, but the singer said nevertheless arrested and released after paying a deposit of $ 50,000.
TMZ also reported that law enforcement sources were expecting the case to be classified as a crime "because the injury was so minor".
