Sean Payton "was not thrilled" by the celebration of Michael Thomas's landing, but former Saints receiver Joe Horn loved it.
Horn attended Thomas's honorary touchdown celebration while working in Tupelo, Mississippi, speaking to Jeff Duncan about Times-Picayune. He immediately went online and bought Thomas's jersey.
The current Saints star receiver has viewed YouTube clips of Horn's 14 touchdown celebration, bought two flip phones and made one wait in each end zone.
"Umm, I'm thinking of someone. . . I think Joe Horn left it, "said Thomas to the question of who had installed the phones, via Mike Triplett of ESPN.
Thomas's 72-yard touchdown gave the Saints a 45-35 lead. He celebrated with the flip phone, firing a 15-yard penalty for using an accessory.
