ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Michigan Wolverines midfielder Berkley Edwards left his win 31 to 20 against Indiana on a stretcher Saturday after a return that resulted in the expulsion of linebacker Hoosiers Cam Jones .

Medical staff at Michigan Stadium took several minutes to remove Edwards' electrodes and load it onto a panel before removing it from the field.

The graduate student, a Wolverines player and younger brother of former NFL receiver Braylon Edwards, was playing his final match at the Big House.

Edwards fell on the field after being selected by Jones while he was blocking on a punt return in the fourth quarter. The referees examined the play and kicked Jones out for targeting.

Edwards could be seen moving his legs while sports coaches were evaluating him. Michigan has not had news of its status to share before the end of Saturday's contest.

Michigan defensive end, Chase Winovich, also left Saturday's game with an apparent upper-body injury after an offensive lineman from Indiana stuck him to the ground on the third quarter. Winovich jogged in the team locker room and did not come back.
