GENESEE COUNTY, MI – Two incidents of incidents in the Grand Blanc and Carman-Ainsworth schools are being investigated by district and law enforcement authorities.
However, officials in both cases say little about what led to the investigations.
One of the incidents occurred last week and involved a seventh and eighth year boys' camp in the locker room at Grand Blanc East College, 6100 Perry Road, Grand Blanc Township.
The Grand Blanc Township Police Chief, Ron Wiles, said the department had opened an investigation into the incident that took place before or after a football practice, but he was not sure that the people involved were part of the team.
The district issued a statement on Wednesday (September 26th), confirming that an incident had occurred in the college involving four minors "serious enough for the Grand Blanc Township police to investigate."
Intermediate school administrators met with staff and coaches "to review and discuss additional ways to ensure student safety during extracurricular activities," but no additional details were provided on l & # 39; incident.
"The only thing I would highlight for students in any school – if you become aware of something that is wrong or that happens to you – please report it to the police or the school," said Wiles.

Carman-Ainsworth community school officials are investigating a separate incident that occurred in their district.
Police Lieutenant Brad Wangler, of Flint Township Police, said the district school resource officer had been informed of an investigation into a recent incident, but he did not provide any information. 39, precise information as to why an investigation was necessary.
The case will be forwarded to the Genesee Township prosecutor's office for review once the investigation is completed, Wangler said.
