NASA released the first 8K video from space, capturing astronauts aboard the International Space Station while they lived, worked, and did research.

The 8K camera can shoot at resolutions ranging from conventional high definition television to 8K, or video quality four times higher than 4K.

The RED camera used on the ISS is similar to that used in Hollywood movies, including the trilogy "The Hobbit" and "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2".

For a complete experience, users must watch the video on a computer screen or screen that supports 8K video. However, NASA says that even if you do not have an 8K screen, the video will still support higher quality playback than lower resolution videos.
