NASA wants to know how much pot Elon Musk smokes – BGR

When Elon Musk appeared on Joe Rogan's podcast and had a taste of the facilitator's joint, it was totally like the brand for the CEO taking risks. Musk is a brilliant guy, but he also likes to push the envelope in a way that worries those with whom he does business. He already had a crush on the Tesla drama, including tweeting his intention to take the title in camera, and his pot-smoking adventure seems to have made matters worse.

NASA is now planning to review the workplace culture of SpaceX, Musk's other darling, because some NASA senior officials did not like Musk's gaze indulging in lettuce from Devil.

As reported by The Washington Post, NASA is organizing a SpaceX security review. Although it may seem like NASA intended to make sure that the fire exits were running at SpaceX headquarters, it's actually an incredibly complex undertaking that will require interviews with hundreds of employees. NASA wants to know exactly what their job is at SpaceX and they will take their time with the survey.

It should be noted here that while the legalization of marijuana continues to expand at the state level, the federal government still has a very strict policy against its use. More specifically, people with a high security clearance from the government are required to stay drug free. NASA has relied heavily on SpaceX and signed many partnerships for various missions. The CEO does not look so good.

SpaceX has been quick to dismiss any concerns regarding the investigation with a statement:

Human theft is the main mission of our society. SpaceX is nothing more important than this effort, and we take seriously the responsibility that NASA has given us to safely and reliably transport American astronauts to and from the International Space Station.

This is an exciting time for NASA, with huge space mission projects on the horizon, and it's clear that the agency wants to make everyone behave better than ever. Along with the SpaceX review, a similar investigation will be conducted with Boeing, the other NASA partner currently working on an inhabited spacecraft carrying NASA astronauts.
