CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland National Weather Service has released a violent storm warning for Cuyahoga County until 17:15 on Saturday.
Some parts of Lake and Ashtabula counties were also the subject of a violent storm warning until 5:30 pm.

NWS warned the region against winds of up to 60 or 70 mph and the risk of hail the size of a penny.
"These strong winds are ahead of a storm that has dissipated and you may not hear the thunder / do not see lightning, but expect wind gusts of up to 70 km. / h and damage to trees in the warning " NWS tweeted three minutes after the first warning of the agency.
According to FirstEnergy's website, tens of thousands of FirstEnergy customers in northeastern Ohio have lost electricity.

FirstEnergy estimates that the power will be restored for most customers around 16 hours. Sunday.
