November 24 (UPI) – A member of the US military was killed in Afghanistan, officials said.
In a statement announcing the death of NATO, NATO's steadfast support, the Alliance's mission in Afghanistan, announced that the soldier had been killed in the country on Saturday. He did not share more details or the identity of the service member.
ABC News reported that it was the tenth time that a member of the US service was killed in the country this year and the second time this happened this month.
