HYRUM, Utah (ABC4 News) – Nearly 100,000 kilograms of ground beef products made in Hyrum, Utah are being recalled due to fears of E-Coli contamination.

Swift Beef Co., an outfit in Hyrum, Utah, recalled approximately 99,260 pounds of non-intact ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157: H7, Health and Safety Services said Friday. of the Food Inspection Department of the United States Department of Agriculture.

8-10 lbs – 85/15 (85% lean) ground beef, plastic coated, coarse sheep product code 42415.

The recalled products carry the "EST. 628" facility number within the USDA inspection mark.
