Another week, another round of questions about the future of Justin Herbert. Will the Oregon quarterback declare for the 2019 NFL draft, or will he return to school for his senior season? There is much to love about Herbert's game, but many questions remain unanswered. Unlike last year's quarterback draft class, Herbert may well be the only authentic first-class player, at least from the early November point of view, but he is not warhead-free.
You have to go back five times, until September 29, to find out the last time Herbert made more than 56% of his shots. And in three games this season, Herbert has made less than half of his shots. These numbers will attract the attention of the NFL teams. But Herbert can also do everything that is expected of a franchise quarterback. he is 6-6, has a strong arm, moves well in the pocket and can be at the hour and accurate.

1. The giants of New York
Nick Bosa, DE, State of Ohio. Same as last week. The Giants have needs everywhere and Bosa is the best player of this project. If Herbert decides to go back to school or if New York is attacking this post, Bosa is also close to not missing. 2. Oakland Raiders
Quinnen Williams, DL, Alabama. Williams has been a lot of fun watching this season and he seems to be getting better every week. This is not a case where Ed Oliver is doing something to hurt his stock, but simply that Williams is playing in his mind for two months in a row.
3. San Francisco 49ers
Deandre Baker, BC, Georgia. Greedy Williams is probably sportier, but has he been more consistent this season? In entering Saturday's game, the opposing fouls inflicted on Baker only 12% of the assists, and of these, only 6% were completed. According to PFF, the appraiser who targets Baker ranks: 31.3.
4. Buffalo Bills
Ed Oliver, DT, Houston. The Bills are in desperate need of help for their bad history, but they will certainly be content with Ed Oliver, who could very well be the second best player of the project. With Kyle Williams, 35, in the final year of his contract, Oliver makes perfect sense.
5. Cardinals of Arizona

8. Denver Broncos
Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon. First, we do not know if Herbert will declare for the draft or come back to Oregon. Second, it's been five games since he completed more than 56% of his shots. This is a concern. That said, the Broncos are desperate for a quarterback.
9. Colts of Indianapolis
Greedy Williams, BC, LSU. Williams did not have his best game against Alabama on Saturday, but many very good players can say the same thing. From the early November point of view, Williams may well be the cornerback most behind the table, but guys like Baker could also defend themselves. Anyway, Williams would be welcome to Indy, where the defense has improved slightly during the first season of Frank Reich.
10. Jacksonville Jaguars
Drew Lock, QB, Missouri. Lock was impressive against the Gators in Gainesville on Saturday, threw three touchdowns and seemed to be the first choice. His main problem is consistency, but if he manages to do everything, the Blake Bortles era will be officially over.

Josh Allen, OLB, Kentucky. Sit right to not miss anything: Lions are not very good. And despite hiring a defensive coach at Matt Patricia, the unit was totally disappointing. Allen has a season of escape and could be an immediate difference maker.

Brian Burns, DE, State of Florida. The Bucs need help all over but if they stick to Jameis Winston for 2019, it's very important to find a top-notch passport.
13. Titans of Tennessee
Jeffery Simmons, DT, State of Mississippi. Simmons is one of the best defenders in the interior of the country, but teams could be concerned about an off-field incident that occurred during high school that could affect his stocks.
14. Oakland Raiders (via Cowboys)
Jachai Polite, EDGE, Florida. Former first round player Vic Beasley has only collected one bag in seven games this season. Polite has been flawless at times this season and he would give a boost to the Falcons' passing race, which currently ranks 26th in the championship.
15. Green Bay Packers
David Edwards, Occupational Therapist, Wisconsin. The Packers are ranked 21st in the race between the guards, according to FO, and line O is in 23rd position in pass protection. Aaron Rodgers is much better when he does not run to save his life.

Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson. The Falcons' defenders were decimated by the injuries, but even though the unit was healthy, the team could use more juice on the defensive line.
20. Miami Dolphins
Neal Harry, WR, State of Arizona. Harry had his best game of the season last Saturday against Utah, bringing 9 catches for 161 yards and three touchdowns. DeVante Parker did not meet expectations in Miami and maybe Harry could be the major threat the Dolphins were thinking of getting in Parker.
21. Minnesota Vikings
Dalton Risner, OT, State of Kansas. The Vikings only go to the extent that Kirk Cousins takes them, which forces him to stand up straight. This choice is unchanged from last week.
22. Washington Redskins
Devin White, LB, LSU. Zach Brown has a good season and White would complete it well in the middle of this defense. One of the most athletic linebackers in college football, White is a thrower who goes from lineup to parallel.
23. Cincinnati Bengals
Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama. The Bengal defense is near the bottom of the league against running and they are not much better against the pass. Wilson would leave the first day and bring the athleticism he so badly needed in the middle of the field.
24. Houston Texans
Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College. Deshaun Watson was beaten for most of the first half of the season. Protecting it must be a priority.
25. Oakland Raiders (via Bears)
Daniel Jones, QB, Duke. There is no guarantee that Jon Gruden will keep Derek Carr around, although quarterback is not the biggest problem in Oakland. In fact, the Raiders might have interest in taking a defense, which is why we ask them to take Jones. And as far as Drew Lock looks in the manner of a quarterback of the NFL, he continues to fight steadfastly. Jones, meanwhile, can perform all throws, has the necessary zip and, above all, makes good decisions with the ball.

Gary Rashan, DL, Michigan. Gary can play anywhere along the line of defense, making it a valuable game of chess. Yes, the team has just traded against Dante Fowler, Jr, but he will be a free agent after the season.
32. Kansas City Chiefs
Jerry Tillery, DL, Notre Dame. Tillery has been pretty damn unblockable this season. Given the problems of the Chiefs on the defensive side of the ball, the victory of Notre Dame would have an immediate impact.
