City (Chiefs at Chargers, 4:05 pm). Deshaun Watson is back from a ripped ACL to lead the Texans, who open on the road against the Patriots (13h).
The best choices Baker Mayfield and Josh Rosen are substitutes for the moment, with Tyrod Taylor and Sam Bradford for the Browns and Cardinals, respectively. Sam Darnold starts for the Jets, but it's only Monday night.
The first games highlight that Houston will be heading to Foxborough in a potential divisional win match. Not only do Texans bring Watson back to the center, but they also see J. J. Watt's return to anchor the defense.
Sunday ends with a classic rivalry between NFC North and all-new Aaron Rodgers and the Packers who welcome the Bears, who are eager to show off their brand new toy, linebacker Khalil Mack.
