Matt Bowen, NFL writer: Panthers +1.5 on the Ravens. Carolina is entering her eighth week as home dogs against Baltimore, but I love the Panthers here if they can stage Christian McCaffrey in critical play situations. Think of script fights in the pass game with Norv Turner's play patterns, forcing opponent defenses to report Cam Newton as a runner. But the Panthers will have to win a third run and take advantage of the opportunities offered by the red zone to defeat the Ravens high-level defense.

Mike Clay, NFL writer: Saints +1 on the Vikings. Despite the road trip, I love the Saints after winning five wins in a row. The attack is one of the best in the league with Drew Brees in the center, and a very talented defense is back on the track after two shootouts early in the season with Tampa Bay and Atlanta.
