The NFL heiress, who allegedly hit a lawyer with her glass purse while she was throwing anti-Semitic remarks on New Year's Eve, could be judged.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke, the 29-year-old daughter of former Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke, appeared Tuesday in the Manhattan Criminal Court.

Prosecutors reportedly recommended Cooke to serve three months in prison.

Matthew Haberkorn had previously told the New York Daily News that the NFL heiress had become furious on New Year's Eve when she was waiting behind her 77-year-old mother in a locker room line.

The lawyer reminded Cooke saying, "Hurry up, Jew" when meeting at the Caravaggio restaurant in New York. Haberkorn was also with his wife and four daughters.

Haberkorn said he was attacked by Cooke during an altercation on the sidewalk near the restaurant. The video also captured the 52-year-old boy with blood flowing in his head.

Cooke also claimed to have had a broken finger at the meeting.

Cooke was charged with assault.

Haberkorn received an office ticket for the charges related to the alleged incident. However, his case was later rejected.

A lawyer who previously represented Cooke also asked that the charges be dismissed as she was also injured during the altercation.
